Schultz entered a plea of nolo contendere and was sentenced to three months in jail, suspended for two years probation and a fine of $200. Gossey, Bledsoe, Gibbs, and Davis entered pleas of nolo contendere in count two, the United States having dismissed count one, and were fined $100.
