Indictment in Criminal Case No. 14700: United States vs. Carl Civella, defendant. Civella was charged with selling 187 grains of morphine hydrocloride, "derivative of opium," outside of the original packaging and without proper tax having been paid. Judgment and commitment in Criminal Case No. 14700: United States vs. Carl Civella, defendant. Civella entered a plea of guilty entered a plea of guilty to count two, and was sentenced to one year and one day in the penitentiary. The United States entered nolle prosequi to counts one and three of the indictment.
