The building was erected in 1908 as a steam plant and was remodeled in 1927. This vantage point faces northeast from the southwest corner of 21st and Campbell.

Holden is a defunct street one block east of Bennington Avenue. This vantage point faces southeast from the intersection of 39th Street and Bennington and shows the Missouri Pacific Railroad in the foreground.

This property was situated just north of Brush Creek before the waterway was diverted to its current location.
