Indictment in Criminal Case No. 13945: United States vs. Fred A. Bird, Wanda E. Edmiston, William W. Seavy, James B. Redwine, Ethel Ellen Holliday, and Jean Sote, defendants. Seavy entered a plea of nolo contendere in count two, the United States having dismissed count one, and was sentenced to jail for six month, suspended for two years probation, and a fine of $300.
