Mann at the Salvation Army Citadel in Kansas City, Missouri on September 16, 1932. The document provides an extensive biography of Niles, who aided in the creation of the "Wheatley Mercy Ward for Negro children in Wheatley Provident Hospital" and "The Niles Home for Negro Children."
