Mann, and Ruby D. Garrett at the Salvation Army Citadel in Kansas City, Missouri on September 16, 1932. The program includes a portrait photograph of Niles, order of service, and hymns.

The convention took place from November 16 - 19, 1938 with most events held at Lincoln High School at the northeast corner of 22nd Street and Woodland Avenue.
