Charles Binaggio is depicted as the leader of the organization, with Charles Gargotta, "Eddy Spitz" Ochadsey, Morris Klein, and Tano Lococo among his close associates. Numerous businesses and gambling operations are listed, including outposts in Denver, Colorado, and Council Bluffs, Iowa.
