Shawnee Mission Rural High School Snowball Fight

The photograph is part of the 1940-1941 Future Farmers of America "Recreation" scrapbook. A note included with the photograph reads "Annual all school snow ball fight. F.F.A. members introduced mechanized warfare with their shop-made tractor, but a well placed snowball soon proved effective anti-tank defense and 'Oscar' the ex-tractor dropped out of the fight."
