Vinsant, and George Warren, defendants. McComas, Holmes and Irene Vinsant entered pleas of nolo contendere in count two, the United States having dismissed count one, and were sentenced to jail for thirty days, suspended for two years probation, and a fine of $100. Warren entered a plea of guilty in count two, the United States having dismissed count one, and was sentenced to jail for seven months and a fine of $1,000.
