CHICAGO BUREAU, KIDNAP VICTIM IS STAR WITNESS AT TRIAL. Miss Mary McElroy (above) who positively identified Walter McGee as the man that forced her to leave the bath tub and accompany him at time she was kidnaped from her home, was the star witness at the trial of Walter McGee at Kansas City, Mo.
